The Lastra Incisa Verde Lucido is a decorative ceramic slab originally designed by Aldo Londi in 1985. Made from white clay, the rectangular form is hand-incised using a nylon thread, creating a rhythmic pattern of linear cuts across the surface. It is finished with a transparent green glaze that enhances the texture while allowing the incisions to remain visible. The result is a piece that balances minimalism with tactile richness, reflecting Londi’s interest in material experimentation and surface design.

Reissued in 2018 as part of the Riedizioni Archivio Storico collection, this edition is limited to just 99 pieces. Each slab is handmade in Montelupo Fiorentino, Italy, and faithfully reproduces the original model preserved in the Bitossi Museum Archive.
