What is your return policy for home accessories?

We offer a 14-day return period for most standard products in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke, customized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Are your lighting products compatible with international voltages?

Most of our lighting is wired for UK/EU standards (230V). However, many of our brands offer US (110V) wiring upon request. Please contact our technical team before ordering to ensure compatibility with your local electrical system.
